Warranty Policy

Atomizers and Cartomizers and Clearomizers:

Due to the nature of these products, no refunds will be allowed.

Replacements will be issued only if the product is DOA (fails on first use).

Batteries & Chargers:

We offer an exchange within 90 days of the original purchase date with the original sales receipt. Warranty applies to all batteries and chargers purchased from Armadillo E-Cigs if the products fail under normal use. This is a replacement warranty. No refunds. If the battery fails within 6 months of the original purchase date with the original sales receipt we will offer a new battery at a 50% discount.

Mods:

We offer a 90 day replacement warranty on defective Mod bodies.

This applies to our Variable Voltage Gripper and E-Pipe mods.

We will replace the mod body if it fails to operate properly under normal use.

E-Liquids:

These items are not covered. No refunds or exchanges on E-Liquids.

These products are not a smoking cessation product and have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration as such. They are not intended to treat, prevent or cure any disease or condition. Customer assumes all responsibility for proper use and maintenance of products purchased.
