Armadillo E-Cigs is a family owned and operated Electronic Cigarette retail store in Dripping Springs, Texas. We have lived in the community of Dripping Springs for over twenty years now and have conducted businesses from here. We still own and operate the Nightmare Factory Costume Shop on the internet. However, this is our first time to be running a business with a physical presence in Dripping Springs and we are thrilled to be a part of the growth and development of the Dripping Springs shopping experience. This now includes shoppers from all around the area, such as Driftwood, Wimberley, Blanco, Cedar Valley, and Belterra.
So many exciting developments are taking place in Dripping Springs these days. When we first moved here there was very little in the way of commerce beyond the Grocery Store and Ranch Supply outlets. Today, Dripping Springs has developed a vibrant and eclectic mix of local businesses offering a wide range of products and services. We are proud to offer premium Electronic Cigarettes to the community, adding to the mix of local shopping opportunities and serving the Dripping Springs community with a product that will help to improve the quality of life for its citizens.
I had been a smoker for nearly thirty years. I smoked a pack and a half to two packs a day. While I was always being asked to quit by my family and loved ones for my health, I never really wanted to; it was an activity I enjoyed. As I watched my step-father succumb to the ravages of COPD and eventually pass away from the effects of cigarette smoking, along with several other family members over the years, I decided that I really needed to quit smoking for the sake of my health. I tried many different methods, starting with going Cold Turkey. Then I moved on to gums, patches, and acupuncture. I considered trying pharmaceutical solutions, but was deterred by the long list of negative side effects associated with such products.
Finally, about five years ago, I gave Electronic Cigarettes a try. After my first puff on an E-Cig, I was sold on the concept. I instantly realized the viability of this option. I have not had a single tobacco cigarette since. Aside from all the other benefits of E-Cigs, Vaping is also significantly less expensive than smoking. I have personally saved nearly $1000.00/Year over traditional cigarettes in the past 5 years of use.
When I first started to use E-Cigs, the products were in their infancy. Development of new and improved models began to appear at a rate that was difficult to keep up with. This trend continues to this day with new innovations cropping up almost daily. We have watched our daughter grow up here while attending the Dripping Springs Schools, donning her Tiger Costume in her role as Mascot in Middle School, taking the stage in numerous productions with the Choir in High School, and growing into the amazing young woman she is today. We are forever grateful to the Dripping Springs community for having had a hand in this.
